CleanBuns LLC is a mission-driven small business founded by Charles Erdei in Phoenix, Arizona.

We started in senior mobile home parks and communities throughout the Phoenix metro area, where we canvass door-to-door and install bidets for free. We donate a unit to every rec center that will have us. We give before we ask for anything. That’s the culture.

We are not a faceless e-commerce brand. We are a real company with real people knocking real doors in real neighborhoods — because the seniors we serve aren’t on Instagram, and they deserve someone who shows up in person.

A few years ago, I was in the hospital for six days with a ruptured appendix. They wouldn’t let me shower. I had tubes in me and I could barely move. And the simple act of cleaning myself after using the restroom — something I had never once thought about — was genuinely hard. I’m a healthy person in my forties. And it was hard. I kept thinking: what is this like for someone who is 80? Who has arthritis in their hands and isn’t mobile even on a good day?

Then I thought about Shirley.
