In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund and returns policy. Please review the following guidelines for initiating a return.

Return Window:
You may initiate a return within 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the bidet product must be in its original condition and packaging. It should be unused, unopened, and free from any signs of installation or damage. Please ensure that all accompanying accessories, manuals, and promotional items are also included in the return package.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@cleanbuns.com to inform them about your intention to return the product. Please provide your order number, name, and a brief description of the reason for the return.

2. Our support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions on how to proceed.

3. Once you have received the RMA number, you can return the product using your Amazon account. Simply log in to your Amazon account, go to “Your Orders,” locate the Clean Buns bidet product you wish to return, and follow the instructions provided by Amazon for initiating the return.

4. Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Include the RMA number on the return package.

5. Ship the package back to the designated return address provided by Amazon.

Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your Clean Buns bidet product for a different model or variant, please initiate a return following the instructions provided above and place a new order for the desired product separately.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software, and products purchased from third-party sellers.
